We believe that everyone has a right to basic healthcare. That right should not be governed by your employer, insurance plan, or bank account. That’s why we developed the Essential Health Services Plan: to make primary healthcare affordable and accessible to everyone.
The EHS plan is a pre-paid subscription that affords every patient the ability to have healthcare coverage in our office, along with discounted prescriptions at our in-house pharmacy, Bill’s Pills.
Members of the plan can come in as often as they want and not have to worry about co-pays or office visit fees.
So how much?
$500 per year. Not per month, per year. That is what the Essential Health Services Plan membership
costs – less than cable television. Let’s face it, you can probably do without The Soprano's
or Cartoon Network, but probably shouldn’t do without healthcare coverage.
Perfect to match with high-deductible plans.
More and more patients are using high-deductible plans like HSA’s and HRA’s to cover catastrophic
medical expenses. But for the basic stuff, all of that comes out of your pocket. The EHS plan caps
the basic expenses to $500 per person per year. Best of all, the subscription payment qualifies as
an HSA deduction.
More coverage for your dollar.
All of our services are included in your low annual fee; there are no
additional co-payments, no waiting periods, and no one is denied for
pre-existing conditions.

- Annual physicals
- Sports physicals
- Routine illness (flu/colds, ect.)
- Simple surgery (mole removals and excisions, ect.)
- Wellness checkups
- Immunizations and flu shots
- Chronic illness management (asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.)
- X-rays* (see note below)
- Osteopathic manipulation
- On site pharmacy, discount medication program

- EKGs, Spirometry and other tests
We also offer payment plans, accept most insurances**, and guarantee appointments within 24 hours for urgent needs.
* There is no additional fee from our office. A small $11 fee is charged for reading by a third party radiologist.
To become an EHS member, simply fill out the pre-enrollment form and we will meet you for your first appointment. The enrollment process is simple (button) and takes less than 10 minutes.
