What do I do if I need a doctor when the Center is closed?
Even when the Center is closed, there is always a doctor on call. You can reach the on call doctor anytime, 24 hours-a-day. The doctor will be able to advise you if you need immediate treatment in the Emergency Room, or if you can wait to be seen in the Center during operating hours.

Is it difficult to get an appointment?
No. We believe that easy access to your physician is the beginning of good health care. We guarantee that anyone who has an urgent need will be able to get an appointment and be seen within 24 hours.

How does the pharmacy program work?
Any WMCFH patient or EHS member will be able to use our on-site pharmacy, Bill's Pills, to get their prescriptions filled at cost.

Can I fill any prescriptions at Bill's Pills?
Yes, as long as you are paying in cash or by credit card. Bill's Pills is a pharmacy that does not take insurance or drug cards.

What if I have insurance?
Although most of our patients participate on an annual fee basis, West Michigan Center for Family Health accepts most insurances. Contact us for confirmation of insurance participation.

Where are you located?
We are located at 1425 Michigan NE, Suite A, just east of Fuller. We are easily accessible from downtown, US 131 or I-96. We are on the city bus line, with a stop just two doors from our building. Click here for a map.

What if I have to see a specialist?
We will attempt to refer you to another provider who participates in the Discount Card program, however, visits to specialists are not covered under the annual fee. Please contact us with specific questions about your situation.

What if I have to be in the hospital?
Our physicians will see you while you are in the hospital, at no additional cost; however, the hospital bill and cost of treatment you may receive from other physicians while you are hospitalized are your responsibility, Hospital costs are not covered under the annual fee.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our office is closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm daily for lunch.
